Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on items that are in new, unused, and undamaged condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all parts intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalised products, including any items made to special orders, are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact us at support@labo-impression3d.com with your order number and a description of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Processing Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Refund Amount: Refunds will include the price of the product(s) minus any shipping charges (unless the item is defective or damaged).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@labo-impression3d.com with a photo of the damage or defect. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place a new order.
